At AllHome Haven, we follow a strict No Refund & No Return Policy. By placing an order on our website, you fully agree to the terms below.

Important Notice

  • We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances.

  • Once an order is placed and delivered, it is considered final and non-reversible.

Before Placing an Order

  • Customers must carefully review:

    • Product description

    • Specifications

    • Images and usage details

  • If the customer does not like the product or does not understand how to use it, this will not qualify for a return or refund.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • In case of a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

    • No refund or return will be provided

    • Only replacement or exchange may be offered, at the sole discretion of AllHome Haven

  • A clear parcel opening video is mandatory:

    • One continuous, unedited video

    • Showing courier label, sealed parcel, and product condition

  • Claims without proper video proof will be rejected.

Time Limit for Issues

  • Any issue must be reported on the same day of delivery.

  • Claims made after the delivery day will not be entertained.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders are non-refundable and non-returnable after delivery.

  • Refusal of delivery without a valid reason may result in:

    • Shipping and return charges

    • Order cancellation

    • Future COD restriction or blacklisting

Processing Time

  • Any approved replacement or exchange may take up to 7 working days for verification and processing.

Communication Policy

  • All issues will be handled only through email.

  • No calls, WhatsApp messages, or social media DMs will be accepted.


Exchange Policy 

1. Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange is allowed only in case of:

    • Damaged product

    • Defective product

    • Wrong item delivered

  • Exchange request must be raised on the same day of delivery.

2. Exchange Conditions

  • Product must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • In original condition

  • A parcel opening video is mandatory for all exchange claims.

3. No Exchange Will Be Accepted If

  • The customer ordered the wrong product.

  • The product is working fine but the customer does not like it or does not understand it.

  • The product was damaged due to customer handling.

  • Item was purchased on sale or discount (unless damaged or incorrect).

4. Processing Time

  • Exchange or issue resolution may take up to 7 working days after verification.

5. Communication Policy

  • All exchange requests will be handled only through email.

  • No calls will be taken regarding exchange matters.
