Shipping policy

At AllHome Haven, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms below.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days, depending on the city and courier service.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • Customer must ensure:

    • Phone number is active

    • Address is complete and correct

  • If the courier is unable to contact the customer, delivery may be delayed or cancelled.

4. Delivery Responsibility

  • Once the parcel is handed over to the courier company, delivery responsibility lies with the courier.

  • AllHome Haven is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

5. Order Refusal & Failed Delivery

  • If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason:

    • Shipping and return charges will be borne by the customer

    • Order may be cancelled without future COD service

  • Repeated refusal or fake orders may result in blacklisting.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may face delays or cancellation.

  • AllHome Haven will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.

7. Parcel Opening Policy

  • Customers are advised to record a parcel opening video for safety.

  • This video is mandatory for any damage, defect, or wrong-item claim.

8. Undelivered / Returned Parcels

  • If a parcel is returned due to:

    • Customer not responding

    • Incorrect address

    • Refusal to accept delivery
      Re-shipping charges will be applicable.

9. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Any extra charges due to re-delivery will be paid by the customer.

10. Communication Policy

  • All shipping-related queries will be handled only via email.

  • No calls or WhatsApp messages will be entertained regarding shipping issues.
